Once your document is built (see Publisher Studio: Basics), click the floating Share button (bottom-right of the graph panel) to get it out into the world. You have two options.
Publishes an encrypted copy of your document to Filamental's hosting and gives you back a link that opens like a normal webpage.
This is genuinely zero-knowledge: your document is encrypted on your machine before it ever leaves it, and our server only ever stores the encrypted version.
#. Browsers never send that part of a link to any server, so only someone holding the full link can unlock it.Links auto-expire after 180 days.
Builds the same kind of self-contained document but saves it to your machine instead of publishing it, for you to send however you like (email, Dropbox, your own hosting).
There's an optional checkbox to include background and cover images, since that increases file size and isn't always necessary for a quick share.
Your published document/link is not 'live', you choose when to update it.
Update re-encrypts your latest content and pushes it to the exact same link, so anyone who already has the URL just sees the new version next time they open it, no new link to redistribute. Remove takes the link down immediately.
Image and drone-video exports (a screenshot or a flythrough of the graph itself) are a separate, general graph feature, not part of Publisher Studio. See Graph Navigation.
