Click a node in the Publisher's graph and write its page on the right, as in any document editor. Where: Publisher Studio › page editor · Keys: [/] for the block menu, [@] for page links, [Ctrl+K] on selected text, [Shift+Enter] in a title
A page is the node's own notes, laid out for a reader. It's one Markdown file, so what you write here is what Space Studio's Notes Editor shows, and the other way round.
Adding a page. Click Insert (+) under the graph and choose New Page: it's created under the page you're on (or the hub, if nothing is selected), already connected, and opens straight away. Right-click a node for Add connected page, the same from the graph. Webpage asks for a web address and a title and adds a page with that title. File adds any file as a page of its own, after asking whether to Copy or Move it into the project.
Formatting. The menu on the left of the bar above the page sets the paragraph style: Paragraph, Heading 1 to Heading 6, Quote, Bullet List, Numbered List or Check List. Selected text gets a small toolbar for bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, alignment, text colour and links. Page style, on the right of the bar, styles the whole document (see Page Style).
The slash menu. Type [/] on a line for most of the same styles, a divider, Two Columns or Three Columns, and the Media group (see Inserting Media). Or drag a block by its handle to the side of another to set them in columns.
Links. Type two square brackets, or [@], and pick from the list of your pages, or select some words, press [Ctrl+K] and type a page name. The words link to that page, kept in the file as a wikilink. A page link records the reference but doesn't open the page, here or in what you share: readers move between pages by the graph and the footer. It's never a connector either, so rewriting a document doesn't rearrange the graph behind it.
Panels and dividers. Right-click a block for Background: None, Stone, Sky, Sage, Sand, Clay, Rose, Iris or Blossom. Select several blocks first to tint them together; neighbouring blocks in the same colour join into one panel. Right-click a divider for Divider style: Thin line, Thick line, Double line or Squiggle.
Cover images. Above the title, + Add cover image picks a picture from your computer and Search Pexels finds a free stock photo. A cover then carries Reposition (drag it up or down, then Done), Change, Search Pexels and Remove.
Titles and subtitles. Click the title to rename the page. [Shift+Enter] starts a subtitle line under it, and [Enter] saves.
The page footer. Under every page, Home goes back to the hub, and the connected pages are listed in columns by direction (Normal, Outward →, ← Inward, ↔ Bidirectional), each with its connector's label in front, so a link reads as the relationship. Drag the ⋮ handle to reorder a column. The footer travels into everything you share.
File pages. A page made from a file has no text of its own. It reads "This is a file. Double click to open in its usual app."
Use it when the structure is right and the next job is explaining it: a proposal with a page per section, or a report whose footer lets a reader follow the relationships.
