Left to right, here's everything that lives up here.
Click your project's name to open the Projects window: a Recent row, an All grid of everything you've made, and a sidebar of Collections you can group projects into (a Collection is just a label, your files stay wherever they actually are on disk). Right-click a project to move it between Collections, rename it, or fix a broken link if you've moved the folder.
There's a second tab in the same window, Sharing, listing every Publisher link you've ever published from this machine, with Copy and Revoke on each one. See Publisher Studio: Sharing.
Standard stuff. You can undo 20+ actions, and nothing is ever truly deleted, it goes to your recycle bin. Refresh fixes the odd visual glitch.
Ready-made categories and connector types for different industries, one click drops them onto your current project (or offers itself automatically the moment you create a new one). Pick as many as you like, duplicates get merged automatically. Once added they behave like anything you made yourself, rename or delete freely.
Searches titles and note text across your whole project, the fastest way to jump to a node in a large world.
Two working modes on the same project. Space is where you build the graph. Publisher is where you turn it into something you hand to someone else, a document, a report, a shareable page. See Space Studio and Publisher Studio: Basics.
The button group toggles the left and right panels (same as pressing O and P, full key list in Shortcuts). Worth experimenting with, it frees up space and cuts clutter. You don't always need the notepad while building chains, and you don't always need the left panel while writing or presenting.
Opens a separate chat window connected to your own AI account (Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, whatever you use). It's a full read/write connection to the project you have open, so you can build, question, and edit it in conversation. See AI Connections & Prompting for the full picture of every way to bring AI into your work, this is just one of them.
Opens one draggable panel, split into seven categories down the left side: General, Account, AI Integrations, UI Themes, Graph Display, Backgrounds, and Shortcuts. It doesn't dim or block the canvas behind it, so you can drag it aside and keep working while you tweak something. Close with the × or Escape.
Physics/Forces sliders live outside this panel now, in the bottom bar next to Grid, since those are live adjustments to the canvas rather than general settings, see Graph.
Account tier, licence, and updates live under Account, see Account & Billing for the full breakdown of every category.
These are two different things, easy to mix up:
